Bob will be your leader for the upcoming MHM session called: Greenland or Euro Paddle Clinic - Tow Line Rescues & Related Safety

PLEASE BRING ANY KAYAK TOWING GEAR YOU HAVE. IF YOU HAVE NONE TRY TO BORROW EQUIPMENT. THAT SAID, PLEASE COME EVEN IF YOU DON’T HAVE TOWING EQUIPMENT. I WILL HAVE ONE EXTRA SET.

This event will build upon the skills learned at his earlier “Greenland Paddle Clinics”, This is the sixed in a series of clinics Bob will offer to increase your skills and confidence on the water while using a Greenland Paddle. Bob will help you understand not only “how" to perform the paddle strokes but dig deeper into “why” we use the various strokes and techniques. Hopefully you will get a deeper understanding why these strokes help project you through the water and allow you to control your path in dynamic environments. In the process, Bob hopes that your focus on the incites you experience while on the water will lead to a better understanding of the dynamics between you, your paddle, your boat, and the sea. Each clinic builds upon the last, and with your own dedication and practice, will help you move through the challenges associated with the club’s Kayaking Skill Level Matrix [for clarification, please see the HITW club’s website “Trip Planning” tab].

LOCATION: Heart Lake show up time 4:30 PM and be ready to be on the water at 4:50 PM. Bring your boat, PFD, GL or Euro Paddle, Gear, and Immersion Wear.

CLINIC SIZE: Max of six participants
