NOTE: A waitlist will be in effect for all HITW trips
The plan is to arrive between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM and spend some time assessing the campsite as well as pruning, sawing and clipping on the trail as necessary. Please bring garden clippers, garden knife, dandelion weeder and gloves. Also pack a couple of IKEA bags or other large waterproof bags so that we can cut up thistles to take back to our compost containers at home. Following our work, we will hike around the island as spring is a great time to see some beautiful wild flowers. If time permits, we can consider paddling a bit more before heading back towards Cornet Bay.
