Join Robert Nissenbaum for this Forward Stroke Class with Euro Blade. Learn how to get maximum forward power with the least effort to reduce fatigue and injury. The class will run from 9-12 am. Cost is $75. A Discover Pass is required for parking at Bowman Bay.
