Gear: HITW trips require a 14' or larger kayak with bulkheads, PFD and dry suit (The trip leader may allow variances)
Logistics: bring your own water. Ferry costs -$17 for car and driver + $6 each additional person. Plan to catch the 8AM ferry so that if full, you certainly can catch the 8:30am ferry.
